Our group is led by passionate individuals who advocate for the rights of families to choose homebirth as a safe and supported option. We believe in empowering families through education, support, and access to evidence-based information. Join us in our mission to make homebirth a respected and accessible choice for all.
What we do
At the centre of Homebirth Victoria is community and its importance. What started out as one meet up and a Facebook group, there are now multiple community run meet ups across the state (you can host one too!) and we are actively representing Victorians in collective advocacy with other homebirth/birth groups in Australia.
We are passionate about improving access to homebirth through removing stereotypes and misinformation through providing comprehensive resources for informed decision-making and a positive homebirth experience.
